Barrel Aged Honey - 100 mL

This is a collaboration with Lock 1 Distilling Company from their well known F.A. Waldron Bourbon or Rye Whiskey. Our midsummer honey is aged in the oak barrels of the F.A. Waldron Bourbon or Rye Whiskey over a period of months, then drained and filtered. The process of aging brings together the sweet floral tones of our honey with the rich and complex characteristics of the spirits infused into the oak barrels. Great in drinks or added in your favorite dishes. Whip it with butter to use on your morning toast or on pancakes.
